Our spacious, comfortable, light and attractively decorated ground floor self-contained accommodation is situated overlooking the sea and mouth of the river Exe. Located on the Esplanade, just yards from the beach and marina, it provides lovely views over the boats moored on the estuary and beyond the coast to Torbay.

The Tourist Information Centre, rail and bus station, shops, bus, cafés, leisure centre, and most other facilites are also just a short level walk away. Exeter city centre is just half an hours train journey away and by car Dartmoor can be reached within 45 minutes. For those who don't want to venture so far afield the beach can be reached, by foot, within 2 minutes.
