Lounge - very spacious, attractive with good views over the estuary, sea and cliffs, a lovely place to sit and watch the world (and boats) go by! It has two comfortable two-seater sofas plus TV and video, CD/radio/tape player. Also a table and 4 chairs for dining
Kitchen - spacious, attractive and recently fitted with gas hob, electric oven, microwave, fridge with small freezer section, extractor fan, washing machine, breakfast table and 2 bar stools. An outdoor clothesline is also available.
Bathroom/WC - attractive and recently refurbished. Bath with power type shower (standing in bath with shower curtain) with unlimited hot water, wash basin and halogen ceiling spotlights.
Bedroom 1 - double bed including quilt, quilt cover and pillows, washbasin with shaver socket/light. Bedroom storage furniture. All you need to provide are sheets, pillow cases and towels.
Bedroom 2 - two single beds including quilt, quilt cover and pillows, washbasin with shaver socket/light. Bedroom storage furniture. All you need to provide are sheets, pillow cases and towels.
Parking: off the road in a private bay to the rear of the house.
General: the accommodation forms the ground floor of a two storey Victorian property in a superb location that is not particularly busy or noisy despite being just yards from the sea. The two of us live upstairs with our cat, Tikka, and small dog, Polly. Occasionally our son or daughter may stay with us if they are visiting but we all try to be as quiet and friendly as possible! It is well equipped but if you forget anything, or find something you need is not there we can normally help out. The property is south facing over the sea and is generally bright and sunny. The gas central heating keeps things warm and cosy out of season with hot water always available. You have no meters to top up as this is included in the hire charge.
